Provides for wife Mary. To daughter Hannah wife of Caleb Reece tract of land where she now lives containing 50 acres, also 7 acres adjoining during life and at their decease to grandson Caleb Reece, he paying to his 3 brothers Thomas, David and Francis £10 each and £20 each to his sister Hannah and brother Joseph and £5 each to his brother William's 4 children Lydia, Hannah, Nehemiah and William at 21. To grandson Isaac son of late son Joseph 100 acres of eastwardly part of my land adjoining Crim Creek, he paying to his sister Jane £100 and to his mother Elizabeth £6 yearly during life. Remainder of lands in Willistown at death of wife to son-in-law Joseph Thomas and wife Mary paying to daughter Jane wife of Wm. Williams £120 and £10 to grandson John Reece and £20 to daughter Hannah Reece. To Friends of Newtown Meeting £5 for repairing graveyard or meeting house. To all whome these presents may com Greeting I Francis Yarnall the Township of Willistown in the County of Chester and province of Pennsyvania Yeoman This Eighth day of ye Eighth month Called August in the year of our Lord one thousant Seven hundred and Seventy Five Beeing under Weight of years and Weakness of Body, but of Sound Understanding Disposeing mind and memory, thanks be Given for the same, Beering in mind the Uncartainty of time hear and as Touching and Concarning Such Worldly Estate it has pleased the Devine Beeing to Bless me With in this Life. I hearby Give Devise and Dispose There of in manner following that is to Say.

Imprimis, In the first plase I Do order all my just Debts and funerel Expecses to Be Well and truly Contented and paid by my Excutors as soon as Conveyniancy Will permit after my Decese ~~~~~

Item, I Give and Bequeath Unto my Well Beloved Wife Mary Yarnall one half of my Houshould Goods to be taken by her at the apprcaiment and of her own Chusing Likewise three bonds I have viz. against John Morris, David Morris and Thomas Peirson Given to mee by them on Acount of the Estate of David Morris Decesed as also I Give to her the Sum of Ten Pounds money of Pennsylvania to Be Paid to her at the Dilerestion of my Excutors as she may have occation for it.

Item, I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter hannah the Wife of Caleb Reece the Use and Benfit of that peese of Land as the Same is Run of and by Computation Beeing fifty Acres Beeing Whear Caleb Reece Now Liveth as also the feild adjoyning the Same on the South Side there of containing about Seven Acres of Land be the Same more or Less to hould to her with the Buildings and Improvements there Unto Belonging During her Natural Life the Suffering no Wilfull Wast of Timber Nor Suffer none distroyd but for the Real Use of the please and at the said Decease of my Daughter hannah then I Do hearby Give and Devise the aBove mentioned Lands and ~~ premissecs With the appertences Unto my Granson Caleb Reece to hould to him his heirs and assigns for Ever To Com to him When his Mother my Sd Daughter hannah the Wife of Caleb Reese above mentioned may Depart this her Natural Life he my Sd Granson Caleb Reece paying out of the Same to his three Brothers Viz. Thomas, David & Francis Reece at the End of one year from and after the time aforementioned the Sd Land and premises to Com to his hands the Sum of Thirty Pounds Money of Pennsylvania to Be Equally Devided Between them Shear and Shear alike and the further Sum of Fourty Pounds of Like money to his Sister hannah and Brother Joseph Reece to be Equally Devoided Betwen them Shear and Shear aLike at the end of one year after the Decese of his Mother and Likewise Twenty pounds to his Brother Williams four Children viz. Lidya ? hannah, Nehemiah & William to be Equally devoided betwen them or the Surviveers of them at the End of Two Years after the Deth of his mother if arived to the Eage of Twenty one years, and if not as they Com to Twenty one years of Eage Respectively ~~~

Item, I Give and Devise unto my Granson Isaac Yarnall the son of my Leat son Joseph Yarnall the Quantenty of one Hundred Acres of the Eastwardly part of my Land and Plantation and adjoyning to Crum Crick the Same to be Devoided of by a Straight Line aCross my Plantation from the Land aBove Given and Devised to my Granson Caleb Reece to the Line of the Land of Joseph Griffith To hould to my Sd Granson Isaac Yarnall his heirs and assigns for Ever together With the Improvements, Rights, herreditterments and appurtencs there Unto Belonging to Com to him at the time of my Decese he my Sd Granson Isaac Yarnall paying out of the Same the Sum of one Hundred pounds money of Pennsylvania to his sister Jane Yarnall fifty Pounds part there of to be paid her at the End of one year from and after my Decese and the other Fifty Pounds Being the Residue there of at the End of two years from the time of my Decese and he Likewise paying to his mother Elizebeth Yarnall the Sum of Six pounds a year at the End of Each and Every year from one year after my Decese During her Natural Life Hearby Charging the Said Land and premices With the Payment of the aBove Said Lagasices ~~~~~~

Item, I Give and Bequeath to my Said Wife Mary the Use and Benefit of all the Rest and Residue of my Said Lands and plantation Situate in the Said Township of Willistown Together with the Buildings and Improvements there Unto Belonging to hould to her During her Natural Life and to be Rented out by my Executors hearafter Named And it is my Mind that my Son in law Joseph Thomas may have the offer of Renting the Sd Land and premisces at a Reasonable Rent The Use and Benefit of the Sd Land and Premisces To Gether With What is Before Given Willed & Bequeathed to my Said Wife to be in full Lue of her Dower or thirds of my Esteate.

Item, and at the Decese of my Sd Wife then I Do Hearby order Give and Devise the Sd Land and premisces as above Left to the Use and Benefit of my Wife During her Natural Life and to go and Decend to my afore Said Son in law Joseph Thomas and my Daughter Mary his Wife to hould to them their heirs and assigns for Ever To Gether with the Rights, Improvements Herreditterments and Appurtences there Unto belonging they paying to my Daughter Jane the Wife of William Williams the Sum of one hundred and Twenty pounds in money of Pennsylvania At the End of one year after the time above mentioned for them to have possestion of the Said Land and premisces And they LikeWise paying the further Sum of Ten pounds unto my Granson John Reece Current money aforesaid at the end of one year after posestion aforesaid And they Likewise paying the further Sum of Twenty Pounds of the afore Said Currency to my Daughter hannah the Wife of Caleb Reece at the End of two ? years from and after the time they may have a Right to the Premisces as aforesaid hearby Charging the Land and premises With the Payment of the Said Lagasices Which Said Sum of twenty pounds Thereby order them to pay into the hands of my Said daughter hannah Reece and to be at & for her own particular Use and disposel and Whear with her Husband Shall in no Wise intermeddle nor the Same in any Wise Subject to his Dealing or Contract And it is my mind and I Do hearby order that if my Said Daughter Jane Williams may Depart this her Natural Life Before the time the above Lagasics of one Hundred and Twenty pounds may becom due and payable to her from my Son in law Joseph Thomas and Wife Mary then I Do order them to pay the Said Lagasics to her Husband William Williams and Children then Living at the Time above ordered the Same to be paid to her and to be Equally Devoided Betwen them Shear and Shear aLike ~~~

Item, and my Will is that if my Said Daughter Jane Williams Should Die Before mee that all the Lagesces left her Shall be Equally Devoided Betwen her husband and Children then Living.

Item, my Will is that no Intrist be Charged to Caleb Reece Nor William Williams on aney Bonds I Shall have A Gainst them.

Item, I Give all my wearing apperil to my three Son in laws Caleb Reece, William Williams and Joseph Thomas to be Equally Devoided Betwen them Shear and Shear alike.

Item, I Give to my friends of Newtown perticular Meeting the Sum of Five pounds to be paid to them by my Executors at the End of one year after my Decese to Bee by them apployd for the Repearing of the Grave yard or Meeting House there as they May Best Think Fit of.

Item, I Do hearby Give and Bequeath all the Rest and Resedue of my Estate of What Nature or Kine Soever or what Soever found Besides What is Before Given, Willed, Devise and Bequeathed after my Funerrel Expences and Just Debts and Lagesics are paid and Discharged Unto my three Daughters Hannah, the Wife of Caleb Reece, Jane the Wife of William Williams and Mary the Wife of Joseph Thomas afforenamed to be Equally Devoided Betwen Them Shear and Shear alike ~~~~~

Item, and Lastly I Do hearby Constitute Nomenenate and apoint my step son John Morris of Marple Township weaver and my friend and kinsman Enoch Yarnall of Willistown, them or the surviver of them to be Whole and Sole Excutors of this my Last Will and Testement hearby giveing them or the survivers of them full power, Strength and athority in and Upon the premisies and I Do Hearby Revoke, Disanul and Make void all former and other Will or Wills by me heartofore made Ither by Word or Wrighting and this and no other to Be taken for my Last Will and Testament. In Witness Whereof I have hear unto set my hand and Seal Dated the day and year first above Whriten.
